It is important as clinicians we continue to build our skills keeping our knowledge and skills up to date, finding the best possible way forward to our professional and personal development, so we can provide effective care to our clients.

My role also includes providing students, assistants and newly qualified speech and language therapists clinical supervision both professional supervision and support in accordance to their learning style and personality. Remember everyone is unique. We all learn in different ways and have differing psychological preferences in how we perceive the world and make decisions.
